In 2011 Mitra founded her own law firm, Mitra Ahouraian Law. Based in Los Angeles, it's a full-service corporate and entertainment law firm. Prior to this she worked as a legal counsel at MTV and Phoenix Books, as well as working at Munger Tolles & Olson.
She's had a highly impressive career, being awarded the 'Super Lawyers Distinction' four years in a row! Alongside her role, she's also a dedicated volunteer for third sector organisations. Notably, in 2016 she played a leading role in organizing the Skid Row Carnival of Love, providing entertainment and essential social services to 3,000 homeless people in downtown LA.
